Making Art from Discards

Stephanie Knudsen, the guest judge for QuiltWest 2025 conducted her workshop over the weekend. The ladies had a great time and learnt a lot about recycling things and making them into art.

It is amazing what wonderful things can be done with wool and natural fabrics, including dyeing manipulating the fibres and stitching. Then include cord, braid, and tassels and you have a unique masterpiece!!
