Book into the March Workshop

Free wheeling around the curve workshop with Jan Rowe

When: Sunday 17th March (9:30 – 4:00)

Where: Alexander Park Craft House

What will you learn: This technique-based workshop is an exploration of freehand curved cutting and piecing.

Two fabrics are layered together for cutting which ensured the curves are perfectly matched.

You can use different colours to create interesting colour schemes.

Experiment with the curves. Perhaps you will start with a gentle curve. Feeling adventurous, go for something more complex like a quadrant with multiple cuts, colours and inserts.

There is no limit to your imagination!

What can you do with completed blocks?      

• Use them as samples

• Stitch together to create a small quilt

• Use as a background for an applique
