Doors open 6:30pm, Meeting starts at 7.00 pm.

This is an opportunity to hear what WAQA has done during the past year, including the highlights of each coordinator’s team. The 2025/2025 Management Committee will also be elected and the General Committee appointed and confirmed.

There is no charge for attending but bring your own mug to enjoy tea or coffee with the light supper that will be provided. Contributions to supper are welcome

Maria Shell Workshop - Making prints out of solids

Using solid-coloured quilters cottons, students will learn how to stitch an assortment of pieced prints including stripes, tracks, dots, and grids. While learning these new techniques students will also be given information about selecting a colour palette, improvisational piecing techniques, and ideas for taking these techniques and creating original quilts.
